An accident with a happy ending

I guess i am lucky today :)

 

Last morning, i involved in an accident at the Kingfisher's roundabout. The mistake was partially shared by me and the other driver which is a guy. I was panicking like hell, but i still manage to drive my car to the other side so it wont cause any massive jammed, bulatan KF baitu! But the guy and his car stayed there. I get more panic, thinking 'mati lah,berhenti suda oh tu kereta. rosak kah suda tu ah' haha. funny bah my assumption.

While driving my car out of the 'scene', in that instant time i manage to convert that panic mode to this kind of thinking,

'What worst could happen juga? You and the car are fully insured bah. It wasnt that we both bang into each other's car. Mungkin scratch seja lah tu,bole polish bah juga. If itu orang mau pukul kau, banyak bah saksi kau tu. kau tenang seja'

Itu lah antara ayat ayat utk menyenangkan hati and it works! I dont feel panic anymore, that gave me a bit  control of the situation thus i went out of the car and the guy came to see me too (all the way from the bulatan bah adeeii).

When i thought he was about to vent his anger to me and i was ready to take it like i am the only one to blame, he said 'kau tiada apa apa ka moi, saya nampak kau berhenti sana, saya ingat kau ada apa apa'

ADOYAIIII  PUNYA LEGA SAYA DENGAR KAU CAKAP BEGITU UNCLE.

Then the rest was history. Bersalam salaman lagi bah kami dua. haha. This was my very first time involved in an accident and i'm glad no one is injured, my car only get scratched so did the uncle's car. If it happens otherwise, i doubt that i'll drive again.

Today, I've learned my lesson. Nasib saya panic in the first place because it helps to rationalize whether there is a point to feel such or not but next time i hope to stay calm lah, knowing i have such experience sudah kan haha. Things did happen for a reason. For me to learn. :)
